We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Network Engineer and IT Support Specialist for our Mumbai office.

The Head of the IT department is based in France, but this position requires the selected candidate to be based in Mumbai with no remote work option.

The primary objective of the IT department is to ensure the stability and evolution of the information system across the entire company, encompassing France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, China, and India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, remote support, or on-site visits.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware.
  • Participate in various IT projects and hardware/software upgrades.
  • Manage the IT inventory, including user account administration, hardware management, email system administration, network resource access management, and hardware stock management.
  • Supervise activities such as backups and server/service status, generate activity reports, conduct user training, and stay updated on technological advancements.
Requirements:
  • Required skills include Windows OS, Windows server OS, Linux OS, network management, virtualization, DHCP, DNS, SPF, MX, GOP, Powershell, backup configuration, and monitoring.
  • Personal skills required include a sense of service, seriousness, organization, motivation, proactivity, dynamism, teamwork orientation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory for communication with colleagues in Europe.
  • Required experience: 3 to 5 years in network and IT support.
