Job Title: Cloud Data Analytics Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to spearhead our cloud data analytics initiatives at Cloud4C Services.

Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role:

The Cloud Data Analytics Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of data analytics solutions on public cloud platforms. This role involves leveraging open-source tools to optimize data workflows and ensuring that analytics solutions meet the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver high-quality cloud-based data analytics solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cloud-based data analytics solutions that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cloud Platform Expertise:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics solutions on Azure, GCP, OCI, and AWS.
  • Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and technologies to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based analytics solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Data Governance and Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
  • Monitor data quality and implement measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in cloud data analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, OCI, AWS).
  • Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in cloud-based data analytics tools and services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Fabric, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, OCI Data Flow).
  • Experience with open-source tools such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹20-35 lakhs per annum (approximately $25,000-$45,000 USD) based on industry standards and location.
