Software Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to lead our team and drive high-quality, scalable applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide accurate project estimations and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain high coding standards, enforcing best practices and performance optimizations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Oversee feature development and bug fixes, ensuring no regressions are introduced.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in Java programming, including best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience in Java 14/16 and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) and Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation using Jest and Playwright.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Desirable Competencies:

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility best practices.
