About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead technical integration efforts as a technical lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Azure Integration Services:
    • Design scalable workflows for business process automation using Azure Logic Apps.
    • Create, publish, secure, and monitor APIs using Azure API Management.
    • Enable reliable messaging and communication between distributed services using Azure Service Bus.
    • Build serverless solutions for event-driven integration tasks using Azure Functions.
    • Have strong knowledge of data integration and ETL pipelines for cloud-based data movement and transformation using Azure Data Factory.
    • Experience working on Notebooks using Python with Azure Data Bricks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Power Platform:
    • Automate business workflows and integrate cloud and on-premises applications using Power Automate.
    • Develop custom low-code applications tailored to business needs using Power Apps.
    • Design interactive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making using Power BI.
  • Programming Languages:
    • C#: Core development language for .NET-based applications and integrations.
    • JavaScript/TypeScript: Used for front-end development and serverless function scripting.
    • Python Scripting: For data transformation and handling.
    • SQL: Advanced skills in querying, managing, and integrating relational databases.
  • Integration Patterns and Architecture:
    • Deep understanding of message routing, transformation, orchestration, and system decoupling using Enterprise Integration Patterns.
    • Design loosely coupled, independently deployable services using Microservices Architecture.
    • Proficient in developing RESTful and SOAP APIs with secure and scalable interfaces.
  • Middleward and Messaging:
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft's enterprise integration platform, BizTalk Server.
    • Implement event-based architectures for real-time communication using Azure Event Grid.
  • Database Management:
    • Manage and integrate on-premises SQL databases.
    • Expertise in cloud-based database solutions and performance optimization using Azure SQL Database.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Manage user identities, roles, and access control using Azure Active Directory.
    • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth & OpenID Connect.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Adept at diagnosing and resolving complex integration challenges.
    • Strong verbal and written skills for stakeholder collaboration and documentation.
    • Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring integration projects.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
    • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
