Job Title: RTL/Integration- Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RTL/Integration Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and integration of IP and subsystems, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate IP and subsystems with high-quality digital designs.
  • Perform quality checks, including lint, CDC, and power rule checks, to ensure that the designs meet the required standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the IP team to support design verification, implementation, and delivery to SOC.
  • Support the IP at SOC level, including connectivity, DFT, verification, physical design, firmware, and post-silicon bring-up.
  • Lead a subsystem development team of 4 to 5 members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of full-time experience in IP hardware design.
  • Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL logic design of high-speed, multi-clock digital designs.
  • Experience with Verilog lint tools (Spyglass) and simulation tools (VCS).
  • Clock domain crossing (CDC) tools expertise.
  • Detailed understanding of SoC design flows.
  • Understanding of IP/SS/SoC Power Management techniques, including Power Gating and Clock Gating.
  • Experience with embedded processors and data fabric architectures (NoC).
  • Outstanding interaction skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with multi-level functional teams across various geographies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
