Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Position

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join their team.

This remote role offers flexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS Technologies, ECS, EKS, and Operating Systems such as AWS Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure
  • Resolve IT infrastructure issues
  • Proactively handle project implementation and support
  • Create high-quality technical documentation
  • Support out-of-hours work if schedule requires
  • On-board new cloud technologies and challenge existing implementation
  • Engage in cloud security activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
  • At least 3 years of working experience in AWS Cloud or related field
  • Knowledge of cloud security tools like Checkpoint, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and AWS Detective
  • Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer), or equivalent

Technical skills required include:

  • Operating Systems: Red Hat, AWS Linux
  • Build Tools/CI/Virtual/: AWS DevOps, Jenkins
  • Containers Environment: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS
  • Cloud Technologies: Amazon Web Services
  • Automation/Scripting Languages: Terraform, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python
  • Databases: MySQL

Preferred certifications include:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA)
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer or related Linux certifications
  • Relevant cloud security certificates
