Industries Transforming Vision Engineer

We are pioneering the integration of Industry 4.0 in production facilities where it is most required.

Our goal is to create intelligent, cost-effective AI + sensor systems that effectively operate on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prototyping with laser line profilers, displacement sensors, ultrasonic probes, and cameras for process optimization
  • Supporting hardware selection based on technical requirements
  • Designing mounts and enclosures that endure heat, vibration, and industrial conditions
  • Supporting integration with DAQ tools, PLCs, and basic OpenCV scripts for data analysis
  • Deploying and implementing pilot projects across customer sites in India
  • Troubleshooting and iterating promptly when challenges arise

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision
  • Knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems
  • Ability to design practical mechanical setups (mounts, fixtures, enclosures)
  • Comfortable with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections for seamless integration
  • Willingness to work in high-heat/industrial environments
  • Based in India, with flexibility to travel for deployments
  • Available ~20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)
