About this role

The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing performance, creating engaging content, and managing communication across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and achieve business objectives.
  • Optimizing social media performance by analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the company's brand.
  • Managing communication across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Social Media Marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to create compelling and concise content.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
