Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

This role involves creating visually stunning graphics for various mediums, including social media, digital platforms, and print materials.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Branding & Identity: Develop logo designs, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, and pitch decks.
  • Social Media & Digital: Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, catalogues, event materials, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce basic animations, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, and transitions.
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Develop website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, and microsites.
  • Photography/Editing Support: Provide retouching, compositing, visual mockups, and 3D mockups.
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/Canva/CorelDraw (as added advantage).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics.
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios).
  • Exposure to luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
