Job Summary

We seek an experienced Project Director to lead our infrastructure projects across various sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic project management, client relationship management, planning and coordination, risk management, performance monitoring, profitability, stakeholder engagement, technology and innovation, sustainability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Management: Lead the project management lifecycle from initiation to closure for diverse building and infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use developments, airports, and metro systems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop and oversee detailed project management plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk assessments.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain project continuity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, including cost control, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction, to measure project success.
  • Profitability & Budget Oversight: Take ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication among clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align objectives.
  • Technology & Innovation: Leverage advanced project management tools, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), AI, and data analytics, to enhance planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Sustainability & Quality Management: Integrate sustainability principles into project planning and management, adhering to green building and environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years in Project Management Consultancy, managing projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use developments, airports, and metro systems.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) and tools for planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
  • Financial Acumen: Extensive experience in managing project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
  • Leadership & People Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
