Stablecoin Payments Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to own the engineering strategy for a new stablecoin payments initiative.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, API design, and fintech or payments experience.
- Lead backend development of web and mobile applications.
- Design and scale backend systems powering payments and settlements.
- Build solid, reliable infra on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets.
- Lead technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scaling.
- Mentor and manage a small engineering team.
- Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture.
Key Qualifications:
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js and API design.
- Background in fintech or payments strongly preferred.
- Experience building integrations with external APIs/partners.
- Track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems.
