UI/UX Designer Position

About Our Organization:

We are a leading SaaS-based debt collections platform leveraging technology to streamline and optimize the recovery process.

We're looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing UI/UX for web (SaaS) and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and UI components.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect visual designs with emphasis on typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers for seamless implementation.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
  • Work on motion graphics and micro-interactions (After Effects, prototyping tools).
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory, iconography).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile app designs (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketching, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
