Market Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Market Development Lead to drive our market development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our brand visibility, developing new customer relationships, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to expand our network and meet sales targets consistently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and build strong connections with key stakeholders, including architects and contractors.
- Generate and track leads from site visits and monitor the pipeline to optimize conversion rates.
- Organize industry events to strengthen engagement and address underperforming partnerships in alignment with company objectives.
- Drive increased participation in key influencer programs and provide regular updates to management on performance.
- Collect and share relevant market insights and collaborate with Sales teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
- Lead training sessions to enhance contractor skill sets and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven market development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze market trends and make informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and funnel conversions.
- Leadership and training expertise.
