Data Warehouse Engineer

Are you an experienced data professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your technical expertise? We are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data transformation processes using Snowflake. You should be proficient in SQL scripting and able to implement complex queries and data transformations.

As a Data Warehouse Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. You will develop, test, and deploy data models and transformations using dbt Cloud. Additionally, you will implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize data transformation processes using Snowflake.
  • Implement complex queries and data transformations using SQL scripting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy data models and transformations using dbt Cloud.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in data transformation and SQL scripting.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience in cloud data warehousing and business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with other data integration tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in dbt Cloud and developing data models.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, preferably using GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar agile systems.
