Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced structural geologist to assume a key role as a subject matter expert in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regional and local structural fault framework analysis using seismic data
  • Applying basic knowledge of geomechanics, including stress and strain analysis, rock mechanics, and fluid flow principles
  • Generating comprehensive structural cross-sections and maps based on fault framework analysis results

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in geology or earth science with a focus on structural geology or basin analysis
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in structural geology and the upstream oil and gas industry
  • Proven expertise in fault framework analysis, structural cross-section generation, and map creation
