Expert STEM Rater Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced experts in various STEM fields to join our team as STEM Raters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the brain of our AI by creating, reviewing, and refining high-quality data.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or Ph.D. in their respective field from a premier institution and possess strong expertise across a wide range of topics. They should also have proven experience in teaching, content creation, or academic research and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Ensure all content adheres strictly to established quality rubrics, style guides, and pedagogical standards, focusing on accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Apply deep knowledge in their respective STEM field to assess complex problems, verify solutions, and develop alternative approaches.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in [Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Coding/Finance] or a closely related field from a premier Tier-1institution is required.
  • Deep subject expertise with demonstrable, strong expertise across a wide range of topics within their subject.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in their specialized STEM field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in JEE Advanced or NEET or GATE.
  • Content development: Expertise in developing high-quality, original problems of JEE Advanced and/or Olympiad level and/or GATE.
