Job Description:

As a key player in the energy storage field, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems that maximize the efficiency of battery-based energy storage systems.

The role requires expertise in PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA designs to ensure seamless system integration.

  1. Electrical Design: Develop electrical designs for battery-based energy storage systems, including PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA systems.
  2. Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews of documents provided by vendors to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations in the USA.
  3. Project Management: Manage bids and projects throughout their life cycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to relevant guidelines.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform electrical testing using appropriate PPE and procedures, and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure system reliability and performance.
  5. Training and Development: Attend training sessions on equipment as provided by the manufacturer and approved by manager, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves various tasks, including electrical design, technical review, project management, testing, and training. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, planning, time management, and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) is required.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering field is essential.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office software like Outlook, Excel, Word are necessary.
  • Excellent client management, team management, and process management skills are also required.
