Design Power Electronics PCBs

We're creating innovative water solutions to make clean drinking water more sustainable, efficient and accessible.

  • Develop complex, multi-layer PCBs for power electronics applications including DC-DC converters, inverters, SMPS and motor drives.
  • Create and maintain schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, footprints and libraries in Altium Designer.
  • Optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, thermal performance, high-current handling and electromagnetic compatibility.

You'll work closely with Altium and other tools, apply best practices for electromagnetic interference and thermal-critical layouts.

  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and integrate grounding, shielding and filtering techniques.
  • Perform design rule checks and support DFM/DFT processes for manufacturability and testability.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key: electrical, mechanical and firmware engineers rely on you throughout product development.

Documentation management is a significant part of this role: Gerber files, BOMs, assembly drawings and design revisions need your attention.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in designing robust, high-reliability PCBs for power electronics applications. You possess 7–10 years of hands-on PCB design experience preferably in power electronics.

A strong understanding of EMI principles, practical implementation and knowledge of IPC standards are essential.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills are required along with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
