SLP Specialist Job Role

We are seeking a skilled SLP specialist to support the growth of our concessions abuse program. The ideal candidate will provide security services, investigation, and asset protection in designated areas of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and maintaining a loss prevention plan in concessions
  • Conducting regular audits and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Carrying out surprise checks and reporting at Last Mile stations
  • Maintaining up-to-date plans and SOPs
  • Reviewing documentation on a periodic basis
  • Ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for the concessions abuse program
  • Identifying process gaps and implementing necessary improvements
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments
  • Preparing loss prevention reports
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to implement feedback
  • Completing corrective action preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Recommending loss prevention initiatives based on field intelligence

The successful candidate will have a university degree or equivalent through experience and professional certification, with a minimum of 7-10 years in security and loss prevention roles. They should also possess extensive knowledge of shrink management and data analysis, as well as experience in managing or coordinating complex security investigations.
