Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining efficient backend services and APIs using Node.js and related frameworks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for writing clean, well-documented code, integrating applications with databases and other systems, collaborating with front-end developers, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms or on-premise environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Additionally, they should have experience working with asynchronous programming, version control systems, and testing frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Node.js development
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and its patterns
  • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of RESTful API design principles
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai)
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
