Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, custom objects, and workflows.
  4. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience in coding and designing applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and/or administration experience, SQL Server development.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Senior Developer or any similar role with capability and an ardent desire to be in an Agile environment and knowledge of and/or experience using Agile execution frameworks and tools.
  • Expert understanding of design patterns, practices, and concepts with the ability to implement appropriate technology solutions.
  • Hands-on with coding, unit testing, and production issue troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or the platform.
  • Knowledge and practical application of Lightning Web Components, Lightning Data Service, Lightning Framework, Visualforce, APEX programming, Test Classes, Aura components, APIs, SOQL, and Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS skills with experience in at least one front-end JavaScript framework.
  • Experience using Data Loader, Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience in designing UI solutions for Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code, SQL Management Studio, and GIT/TFS (Team Foundation Server).
