We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to fill this key role within our organization.

About the Role
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to gather information and requirements from managers to create user experience design solutions.
  • Evaluate and develop UI/UX design strategies for brands, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design graphic elements like widgets, tabs, search boxes, and menus, utilizing a range of design tools and software.
  • Create design ideas using process flow, storyboards, and sitemaps, presenting concepts to internal teams and external partners.
  • Produce quality UX design solutions via flow diagrams, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, prototypes, and sitemaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life.
  • Test UI elements such as page layouts, page flows, CTAs banners, target links, and page designs for landing pages, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple touchpoints.

This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team and internal/external designers to ensure the creation of designs that meet user requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • A degree in UI/UX design or a related field, preferably with industry-recognized certifications.
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar position, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design thinking, human-centered design, and UX principles.
  • Understanding of Sketch, Visio, Android, iOS, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Design Systems, with proficiency in at least one design tool.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present to stakeholders.
  • Multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
