The Opportunity:

As a Senior Network Automation Consultant, you will work on problems of diverse complexity and scope, utilizing your expertise in OpenText Network Automation (NA) implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration, installation/upgrade, and configuration of NA
  • NA integration with NNMi and LDAP
  • Configuring/extracting and automating reports as part of client's requirement from OO and NA
  • Installing device driver pack in NA
  • Patching/upgradation of NA
  • Troubleshooting application related issues
  • Knowledge of NPS and NA for various automation requirements
  • Performing health checks & providing reports of the tools
  • Monitoring techniques like SNMP, SNMP Traps, SSH etc.
  • Creating scripts for pushing configuration changes or upgrades/patch-fix on devices through NA

What it takes:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study with at least 6-10 years OpenText Network Automation (NA) implementation experience
  • Proficient in Networking with expertise in designing and delivering technical solutions
  • Skilled in producing customer documentation, translating technical details into clear and concise language
  • Adept at discussing and understanding customer requirements, providing high-level designs, and estimating project efforts
  • Collaborative team player, capable of contributing to technical proposals and generating comprehensive reports for project delivery
