Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth by identifying and building relationships with new customers and partners across assigned geographies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for telecom and dialer solutions in international markets, leading outreach campaigns, and acquiring new clients in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for telecom and dialer solutions in international markets.
  • Lead outreach campaigns, acquiring new clients in the telecom sector.
  • Build strong relationships with telecom service providers, call centers, and enterprises.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Travel internationally to strengthen client relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Pipedrive, Zoho, and for sales management.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales with a focus on managing SDR teams.
  • Proven expertise in telecom/dialer industry sales with international market knowledge, preferably with Middle East countries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho, ).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for business expansion opportunities.
