Role Overview

You'll design intuitive experiences across our consumer app, web checkout, and vendor/ops dashboards.

The goal: turn intent into completed orders with effortless, trustworthy, and memorable journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate problems into flows, wireframes, and final UI with clarity and craft.
  • Design seamless browse, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking journeys.
  • Define and polish all states (empty, loading, error) to ensure consistency and simplicity.
  • Develop and maintain a lean Design System that balances consistency and creativity.
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life without overcomplication.
  • Review live builds and ensure what ships matches the design intent.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to cut busywork and focus on high-value design.

Requirements:

  • 3–8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products.
  • A portfolio showing real problem-solving (not just polished visuals).
  • Mastery of Figma and a strong sense for structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate decisions clearly and move fast without overthinking.
  • Awareness of accessibility and designing inclusive experiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive work.
  • Experience with marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboards.
  • Exposure to motion basics (micro-animations, transitions) that enhance user delight.
