The Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Engineer (MERN Stack) to join our Bengaluru-based team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing web applications using MERN Stack and related technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, drive the technical direction of our platform, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement web applications using MERN Stack and related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions
  • Drive the technical direction of our platform in line with our product vision
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a backend engineer or Full-Stack Engineer in MERN stack or otherwise building highly scalable, robust systems
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
  • Experience with database technologies like MySQL and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with handling code versioning using Git/Bitbucket
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills
  • FrontEnd Skills: React.js, React Native, Typescript, Android, Web development, redux
  • BackEnd Skills: Node.js, Typescript, MongoDb, MySQL, Distributed systems, event driven architecture, AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
