We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive business growth through the efficient implementation and optimization of financial modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configuration of modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) aligned with business needs.

Leadership Qualities

  • Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for seamless communication.
  • Translation of business requirements into functional specifications.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identification of opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • Implementation of best practices.

System Integrations

  • Cross-functional collaboration to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).

Ownership & Mentorship

  • Leadership of small teams or external vendors in project execution.
  • Knowledge-sharing sessions on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation

  • Debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
  • Maintenance of documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

This is a permanent full-time position. Reporting will be to the lead consultant and finance head. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years' experience and at least one complete SAP-B1 implementation cycle, preferably in manufacturing or trading. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate requirements into functional specifications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years' experience in finance or related field.
  • At least one complete SAP-B1 implementation cycle.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
