Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in a role that involves managing share transfers, maintaining financial records and books, and preparing financial reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and transactions.

In addition, the candidate will assist in the preparation of financial statements, analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide support for audit processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant) or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance;
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards;
  • Proficient user of accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
