Job Summary:

Mahindra Rise is seeking a highly skilled Dy. Manager to lead paint shop operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of new projects with existing operations
  • Monitor and control absenteeism on production lines
  • Implement cost-effective solutions for FOS items
  • Reduce equipment breakdowns through daily reviews and corrective actions
  • Improve safety, TPM, and 5S scores through continuous improvements
  • Enhance the quality level and skill of maintenance associates
  • Maintain spare parts stocks and ensure equipment safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in paint shop operations
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and E drawing updating
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
