Graphic Designer Role

This position is available for a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Designer who has a strong understanding of design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt master creatives across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity.

  • Transform master designs into performance-friendly digital advertising formats.
  • Evaluate specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform to ensure accuracy.
  • Create high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
  • Design packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Prepare final artwork files for print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
  • Produce print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
  • Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • A good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
  • Capacity to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
  • Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house team.
