Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the implementation of financial modules in various industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with at least 2-3 years in Fusion Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2-3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in global delivery models.
