PKI Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced security professional to join our team and play a critical role in designing, delivering, and managing public key infrastructure, hardware security module, and cryptography solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trusted third-party products, strong expertise in public key infrastructure, and a deep understanding of financial industry security standards and compliance frameworks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement secure cryptographic solutions including certificate authorities, HSMs, identity management, and data protection.
  • Design, configure, and integrate PKI, HSM, and encryption solutions into customer environments.
  • Manage and maintain PKI infrastructure, including certificate lifecycle management, key management, and cryptographic services.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other regulatory/security standards.
  • Provide operational support for cryptographic solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions and enterprises to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable security solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in PKI, cryptography, and regulatory compliance.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Cryptography : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Trusted Third-Party Products Experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HSM management and cryptographic implementations.
  • Solid understanding of PCI DSS standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in delivering solutions for the financial industry.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of other security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation of PKI/HSM operations.
  • Experience with cloud-based PKI or cryptography solutions.
