Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Proactive Trainer to join our team and help learners achieve their goals.

This is a part-time freelance role that requires the trainer to prepare and deliver engaging course content, provide personalized support to students, assess learner progress, and incorporate feedback to improve instructional strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering corporate trainings, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments, ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback, excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and courses
  • Provide one-on-one support to students to help them overcome challenges
  • Assess learner progress and provide regular feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering corporate trainings
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
