Job Title: Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team.

  • A senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio of high-quality work and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
  • Someone who is comfortable managing workload independently while also mentoring others, and possesses proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure traits.
About the Role:

This role requires someone who can execute at a high standard, while also guiding others to raise their work to that level. Every asset leaving the design team should be client-ready, on brand, and impactful.

  • Produce high-quality creative assets: social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
  • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
Creative & Quality Oversight:
  • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond 'baseline' execution.
Team & Project Support:
  • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
  • Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
  • Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

The ideal candidate has exceptional visual skills, experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
