Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automated solid-phase synthesis processes, including troubleshooting detritylation–oxidation cycles.">
• Scale synthesis to mmol level with high coupling efficiency (>99%).">
• Purify and characterize oligos using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS techniques.">
• Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).">
• Drive cross-functional method development and quality control initiatives.">

Requirements:

• ">
• Ph.D. + 2–5 years of experience in oligo synthesis and analysis.">
• A strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics is required.">
• Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing is an added advantage.">
