Job Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team at Visionyle Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance test plans, utilizing performance testing tools, and collaborating with development teams to diagnose performance problems and recommend optimization solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance test plans for targeted API endpoints.
  • Select and utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
  • Execute performance and load tests, analyzing results to identify performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to diagnose performance problems and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and automation scripts.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify potential performance issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest performance testing trends and methodologies.
  • Document performance test findings and recommendations clearly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years as a Performance Engineer or in a related role.
  • Testing Expertise: Proven experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing performance and load tests.
  • Tool Proficiency: Strong understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and written documentation skills.
