**Job Opportunity:** Senior Underwriter

We are seeking experienced underwriters with expertise in end-to-end underwriting, income review, collateral underwriting, and non-QM underwriting.

  • Manage the entire underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision.
  • Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Assess borrower income documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze appraisal reports and property valuations to determine adequacy of collateral.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Flexibility to work night shifts is required.
