Admissions Director

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions team at Chandigarh University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and enroll a diverse and qualified student body.
2. Analyze admissions data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute recruitment campaigns.
4. Oversee the review and evaluation of applications to ensure compliance with admission criteria and policies.
5. Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and applicant information.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. At least [X] years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field, with at least [X] years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in admissions software and data management systems.

Salary: ₹90,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience.
