Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune pre-trained Large Language Models for specific tasks and domains to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct research on new techniques to improve AI model performance and capabilities.
  • Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning/AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/AI models to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront.
  • Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept AI systems to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI or related fields, with a strong focus on data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Expert-level programming skills in Python, with familiarity with RAG and other advanced AI techniques.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for managing servers and cloud-based ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A methodical and meticulous approach to work and planning, with a strong attention to detail.
