Our team at Deutsche Bank is looking for an experienced Loan Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan operations processes, including deal origination, funding, payments, invoicing, documentation, and collateral. You will work closely with Team Managers, direct reportees, co-AVPs, and Head to address operational issues and ensure that day-to-day operations function smoothly and issues are resolved for teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage loan operations processes, including deal origination, funding, payments, invoicing, documentation, and collateral.
  • Manage deal building documents, validation, and deal closing with initial funding.
  • Oversee services-related activities, such as funding, repricing, rollovers, interest and principal payments, deal termination, pay-off letters, past dues, and wire allocations.
  • Review workflows and operating procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and implement process improvements.
  • Review regulatory requirements and ensure all regulation controls are implemented and followed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in wealth management ops and deal origination.
  • Strong understanding of bilateral and syndicated loan products.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Loan IQ application.
  • Ability to confidently handle internal clients.
