Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications in a Mainframe environment.

  • Developing software applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2 IBM OS/JCL (MVS), ZOS, and other programming languages.
  • Coding complex DB2 Stored Procedures and ensuring they meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting production issues to ensure the smooth operation of software applications.
  • Collaborating with the team to design and build solutions using common Enterprise Integration Patterns.

To be successful as a Software Developer, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in a Mainframe environment.
  • Certifications in COBOL, CICS, DB2 IBM OS/JCL (MVS), ZOS, and Agile methodologies.
