Job Opportunity:

Tadaweb is a technology company providing an open-source information platform that magnifies the impact of investigative, analytical and operations teams.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a remote Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers based on trust, transparency and a commitment to their mission success.
  • Train and mentor customers on our platform to deliver maximum value from open-source data collection and analysis.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to communicate feedback and requests to a cross-functional product team.
  • Research, explore and help implement new technologies to support our customers.

Requirements include experience in collecting Publicly Available Information (PAI), production of OSINT and/or OSINF, internet investigations, or thorough online research. A passion for technology and its potential for change is essential.

Bonus points if you have experience in social network analysis, clear web investigation, all source analyst, business intelligence analyst or law enforcement investigations. Experience working within a SaaS environment is desirable.

This role will be remote and may require regular travel to see customers. Onboarding training will involve meeting colleagues and learning the product differentiators.
