About the Role:

As a Senior Member Technical Staff Specialist at Aryaka, you will be at the forefront of shaping our network security solutions, contributing to the security and success of organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Exhibit highest levels of architectural, design and coding skills so as to keep the platform robust, concise and maintainable.
* Scale distributed applications, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality.
* Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
* Interact with internal customers, PMs to define the product and technologies.
* Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
* Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.
* Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
* Mentor junior team members in the team and provide the right guidance.
* Collaborate with cross-org teams across the company.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
* 7+ years of experience as a C/C++ developer

Preferred Skills:

* Excellent knowledge in C and C++
* Have working knowledge of network protocols
* Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
* Excellent project and time management skills
* Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
* Experience developing Distributed backend software and frameworks
* Understanding of functional programming and CI/CD pipeline
* Knowledge in version control systems (SVN, GIT)
* Working experience of applying principles of computer science, Data structures, operating systems concepts
