Senior Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a high-performing team of Controls Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to drive project delivery within set timelines and budgets.

  • The successful Senior Team Lead – Controls will lead a dynamic team of 15+ Controls Engineers, ensuring skill and competency development.
  • Key responsibilities include managing team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • The role also entails identifying training needs and implementing structured training programs.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Project Management, Service, and R&D is essential.
  • Monitoring project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams, is also crucial.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing integrated control systems, strong knowledge of Siemens PLC (mandatory), and Allen Bradley PLC (preferred).

A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field) is required, along with 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required; Allen Bradley a plus).

Strong technical expertise and ability to align control designs with mechanical, electrical, and software project goals are also necessary.
