Job Overview:A prominent financial leadership position is available for an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong leadership abilities.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee banking operations, including imports and exports, to ensure timely and compliant handling of all transactions.
  2. Manage foreign exchange risk and currency hedging strategies to minimize exposure and maximize returns.
  3. Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure trade finance, export credit, and working capital.
  4. Monitor LC management, export documentation, and import compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, Customs, RBI regulations, and other international financial compliances.
  • Oversight of accurate and timely submission of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:
  1. Chartered Accountant (CA); additional qualifications like CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) will be a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably jewellery or luxury goods.
  4. Strong knowledge of international trade finance, tax laws, and financial regulations.
