Job Title: Visual Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative visual designer to craft engaging stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing, design agencies, or startups.

The role involves designing and updating landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for website content, as well as developing engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives for social media platforms.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for blog articles, creating visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates, and designing banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.

In addition, the candidate will build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations for pitch decks, edit videos for campaigns, and create basic animations to enhance digital content.

The key requirement is to ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
