They will be responsible for developing detailed designs for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and grounding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 2D and 3D CAD designs for electrical systems using Microstation, AutoCAD, and Smart Sketch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements.
  • Prepare design calculations and material quantity takeoffs.
  • Assist in the preparation of 3D CAD design models and participate in client model reviews.
  • Work independently to develop designs and assist in the preparation of design documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on manufacturing and technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD design and drafting techniques, including S3D, Revit, and Microstation/AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
