Strategic Product Leader

Elevate ambitious projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring technical solutions align with digital strategy and standards. Collaborate with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive product decisions and validate market opportunities.

Lead the discovery of initiatives, while understanding and articulating customer demand and market gap/opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with product owners to understand business objectives and prioritize initiatives
  • Bridge gaps between product owners and engineering teams to increase delivery velocity
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define success metrics
  • Translate ideas into written product pitches, lean canvases, and business use cases
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product discovery experience, including 5-9 years of software development experience
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience working with engineering teams
  • Domain knowledge in Media and Entertainment space a plus
Skills & Competencies:
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in multisite cross-functional teams
  • Identify gaps, program risks, and take pre-emptive actions
  • Demonstrated technical and financial aptitude
  • Passionate self-starter with a no-excuses, can-do attitude
