About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Improvement Manager to join our Amazon team. As a key member of our Finance ACES organization, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and continuous improvement across our finance operations.

As a Finance Operations Improvement Manager, you will lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects, mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts, and deliver training on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will also work closely with other areas of Finance to identify and support Continuous Improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help us improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong program management skills, with at least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. You should also have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, including certification as a Black Belt. Additionally, you should have experience defining program requirements, using data and metrics to determine improvements, and driving process improvements.
