Clinical Software Developer Lead

The Senior Clinical Programmer is responsible for leading and managing clinical programming projects, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and implements software solutions to meet project specifications.
- Specifies, develops, and validates applications supporting data capture and processing.
- Serves as a technical lead on project teams, coordinating and leading development activities.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of total experience, including strong expertise in Custom Function Programming, Migration, and Medidata Rave.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support to the clinical programming staff, Project Analysts, Data Managers, etc., and ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing study level/program level/multi-study core deliveries for accuracy.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Strong experience in Custom Function Programming, Migration, and Medidata Rave.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with sponsors and internal customers at all levels.
